Cosmopolitan for cosmopolitans — for those who appreciate stories, style, and flavors that transcend borders. Every detail, from the design and music to the food and craft cocktails, is chosen with care.

The kitchen is led by Chef Ivan Proseniuk — European-inspired cooking from morning to last call, four syrnyky variations, whole baked branzino, a Wagyu burger, and signature cocktails at the bar. Coffee roasted for us in Maine by Kavka, a Ukrainian specialty coffee roaster.
