Chef's Special Dinner: Beaujolais & Meat

The evening

Beaujolais is a red built for the table rather than the cellar — light on its feet, bright with fruit, and happy next to something off the grill. For one night the kitchen is building a menu around exactly that pairing.

You order from the evening's menu as you would any night — no set course, no fixed price. Pick what you want, a glass and a plate or the whole way through.
